If you’ve ever dreamed of performing in a show and need help with everything from emails and CVs to show reels and auditions, this is for you.

Learn from two who’ve done it all.

Between them, World Champions Ciara Sexton and Scott Doherty have performed in nearly every major dance show out there. After years on tour with Riverdance, Lord of the Dance, and others, both Ciara and Scott launched their own productions and companies, hiring dancers from around the globe.

Their on-stage experience, combined with their insight from the other side of the curtain, gives them a unique perspective on helping dancers reach their goals and shine at auditions.

Who are we?

  • Ciara Sexton is an internationally renowned Irish dancer, choreographer, educator, and life coach, known for her powerful influence on both the performance and teaching of Irish dance. Originally from Coventry, England, she trained under Marion and Roisin Turley, becoming a five-time World and All-Ireland Champion.

She rose to prominence starring as Morrighan in Lord of the Dance and has performed in globally acclaimed shows such as Riverdance, Heartbeat of Home, and more. From 2016 to 2019, Ciara produced, directed, and choreographed A Celtic Gift, a heartwarming holiday production that toured internationally. In 2019, she brought her creative vision to Broadway with Fáinne Óir, a show she directed, choreographed, and starred in following its Irish debut.

Ciara is a passionate dance educator who has lectured at the Irish World Academy at the University of Limerick and currently teaches competitive Irish dance at Scoil Uí Nualláin in Limerick. She also mentors dancers globally, helping the next generation reach their full potential.

On St. Patrick’s Day 2025, Ciara released her debut children’s book, My First Book of Irish Dance, which became an instant #1 bestseller on Amazon. The picture book introduces young readers to the world of Irish dance through simple, engaging language and joyful illustrations.

Since 2020, she has led Ciara Sexton Coaching, a life coaching practice supporting artists in all areas of life. Ciara helps creatives around the world build resilience, balance, and purpose through tailored coaching sessions and workshops.

Ciara is also a proud mother to three young boys—Rí, Culann, and Cúan—balancing motherhood with her creative and professional life.

  • Scott started Irish dancing at the age of 6 at the O’Shea-Chaplin Academy of Irish Dance in Boston, MA. Taught by the world renowned Rita O’Shea and her daughter, Lisa Chaplin, Scott went on to win many titles, including eight New England Championships, the North American Championships, the Great Britain Championships, and most notably he became the men’s World Champion of Irish Dance in 2009. He made his professional debut in 2005 with the North American tour of Riverdance. Scott has performed with Riverdance, Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance, Busch Gardens and countless other productions all over the world. Scott's lifelong dream of starting his own show came to life in 2014 as he co-created, choreographed, and starred in Rockin’ Road to Dublin. On top of performing and creating, Scott found his love of coaching and currently works with dancers and athletes in different organizations all over the world.
