How it works is easier than you think! Each session we chat and dive deep into what’s going on in your head. It’s very informal and super chill. There are laughs, tears, stories of hopes, fears… you name it. But it only works when you’re 100% real with yourself and with me. Each time we go over a few tips, tricks, and tools to help you try over the next few weeks following the chat. There’s even homework for you to think about and put into practice. Because at the end of the day, fixing your mindset IS work and just like physical training - if you’re willing to put in the conscious effort, you WILL see results!
I’ve learned that every two weeks is usually the ideal time to talk. That gives you time to decompress from our sessions and really try to practice what we talk about. That way we can go over what’s working and what isn’t and most importantly - why! Some people prefer to meet more often, or less often, depending on your time and budget we can find whichever frequency works for you.
Each one on one coaching plan starts with a 3 month minimum, but almost every client decides to keep going even further. By working on your mental game for a considerable amount of time we can solidify healthy habits and tools for you to use. Anyone that’s played any sport competitively knows that leveling up your mindset gives you skills and mental strength for everything you come across in life!

Biweekly Sessions (Recommended)
